Data format for import

File preparation also plays an important role in the transferring process. Required fields must match the field names in your Bitrix24. Otherwise, the import will simply not be performed.

Data export specifics
Exporting is even easier than importing. You may export contacts, leads, deals, products, invoices, offers and companies. Simply navigate to a required section, "CRM-Contacts", for instance, and click on the gear. The data may be exported in CSV or XLS (Excel table file) formats.
Exporting is possible only from those columns that are presented in the list, so be sure to configure the required fields. The export also takes into account the filters applied to the list. For example, if you only need to transfer your contacts, you need to add the "Responsible" field to the filter and specify yourself. Processing the entire array of data by the system may take some time. Upon exporting, you get a ready-to-download file.
