Preparing for a conversation with a Bitrix24 partner

In most cases, Bitrix24 is used as a CRM system for sales and working with clients. However, many people, especially large companies, are interested first of all in ERP capabilities, i.e. in company management, and CRM is not concerned at all.
  3. Plans, at least roughly, for the foreseeable future. Any Bitrix24 cloud-based plan can be paid for a maximum of 2 years in advance – in which case you will get the maximum and tangible discount. You should always keep this in mind, especially when you're on a budget. But if you have far-reaching plans for business development or its further scaling, then maybe it makes sense to think about the boxed edition, where there are always more opportunities?
  4. Certain processes automation. Bitrix24 is needed to facilitate work, increase its speed and efficiency with automated algorithms. And if you start using the software, it makes sense to put more work on the shoulders of robots. The logic of automated business processes is entirely invented and implemented by partners.   5. Integrations. Finally, and no less importantly point on the checklist – is the story of all the necessary integrations, that is, setting up links between Bitrix24 and other IT products of your business. Often customers come to partners with a ready site that needs to be integrated, or with a business telephone system that they have been using for a long time. But there are cases when customers have very rare and little-known or even home-made software which must be integrated with Bitrix24. In this case, be prepared that you have to provide more detailed information about the programs, and partners need to spend more time to assess the integration, which will go to study the functionality.
