Work Unit had the need to add mandatory fields in the lead card that needed to be filled out before moving on to the next page. This would be automatic reminders for managers and clients, like a text message about the fact that visa documents are ready, for example.
Work Unit used cloud Bitrix24 “Project+”. Having estimated the scope of work and the company’s growth trajectory, the Avivi team recommended switching to the “Team” plan. The technical task was successfully implemented, making it much more convenient for managers to work with lead cards.

Transitioning to the new commercial plan, the company got an opportunity to work not only with the leads, but with contracts, utilizing robots and triggers, as well. This made it so that a client lead is a potential client on their end, or a CRM Lead. Later, when the lead is successful, depending on what course of cooperation is taken, it is automatically sent to the necessary direction of the deal;
As the Avivi team was working with Work Unit, it turned out that the client wasn’t happy with the quality of the services supplied by their telephone provider. So we gladly helped the client switch to a better operator, also setting up an automatic text messaging alert system that would inform the company clients on the stages of leads and deals at any given moment.
