Task
The representatives of the Indigo Company came to Avivi with a request to integrate the monetary system with Bitrix24 CRM to process payments. Potential leads must get to Bitrix24 using a website developed on the WordPress platform. The integration of Bitrix24 with the Zooz payment system enables the customer’s agents to make payments directly from CRM, without direct interaction with the website.
Solution
The content of the website was created using WordPress, so we made an integration with Bitrix24 in a “live” system using Git. We developed the process of a credit card information validation using two currencies: USD and ILS. For ILS cards, another validation algorithm process was created, since the processing of this currency through the Luhn algorithm was impossible. While working on the project, we developed a notification system to inform managers about the status of payments with an option to Confirm/Reject certain orders. We also provided a conversion of leads into Contacts, Transactions, and Bills after successful payments.

The result
The sales process has become significantly faster and more convenient. Sales agents do not have to conduct additional operations with Leads in Bitrix24; the system automatically creates the necessary documents, including the Lead status changes.
Sales managers monitor new actions on the website and immediately respond to all payments and website processes.
